Wow, my last post was almost five months ago and the title was "Professional Juggler", about the balancing act of a mom of three young kids. Well, blogging has definitely been one of the balls I have dropped recently. But I decided that instead of regretting that I haven't kept up, I'm just thankful I have the time to sit in front of the keys and type away. Writing is something I really like to do and so I look forward to the rare moment I can enjoy it. And I'm reminding myself that I need to make time for it too. Just like anything I enjoy doing. It's very easy to neglect my own interests filling the constant needs of young children. I'm learning that it is also good for my kids that I do things that I enjoy doing. I'm a more pleasant and energized mommy when I do. It's so amazing to me that in this age of smart phones, we can go days without typing on the computer.
